FXstreet.com (Barcelona) – UK Halifax House Prices grew 1% in June, following a 0.5% rise in May, according to data released today by HBOS. This result is more positive than the expected 0.2% drop.
On an annual basis, prices in June were 0.5% lower as measured by the average for the three months to June against the same period a year earlier, in comparison with the 0.1% fall the previous month. Analysts expected more decrease of 0.8%.
